The apartment, located on the ground floor of the structure, has a veranda facing the street with separate entrance with table and chairs on which you can start your day consuming tasty breakfasts warmed by the morning sun, spend long afternoons chatting in relax or enjoy delicious dinners that will have as background music the sound of the sea. The living room, with a kitchenette, is fully equipped with everything necessary for you to prepare delicious dishes and a glass table that seats up to eight people. In the living room there is a sitting area with sofa that can become a comfortable double bed, and LCD TV. Through a hallway leads to the sleeping area composed of a double bedroom tastefully furnished to enjoy the most of the night, inside the room there is a walk-in closet and a door giving access to a private open space at the back of 'apartment. In the sleeping area are placed a second bedroom with bunk bed, a wardrobe and a small space where children can relax and play with confidence and a colorful bathroom with shower, finished with the colors of summer, will strengthen the wonderful feeling of being in a condo near the sea. The rooms and bathrooms are complete with linen for all guests with a weekly change and where needed and requested you can have cots for children. A second veranda with washing machine, drying room and outdoor shower completes the apartment making it very comfortable as it is particularly studied in detail.
